Bloomingburg is just a little skid row village. They think they can push the whole world around. They are power crazy. There was a female they elected to their scanky little board of directors. I listened to her one day how she could do circles around the whole state. A week later she robbed all the money from the village. It was in the Times Herald Record, if you want to check it out.
Then there is Judy Peepack who was on the board too. She is a schizophrenic. I know her personally. She walk around the village spitting at people and tells everyone that people are talking about her. She is quite the idiot.
So that's how it goes in the village of the damned, Bloomingburg, New York State.
